I have to say that at times Abi is a spectacle to watch on the ball, possibly one of the quickest wingers i have seen his speed and pace going forward is a major asset to the team, if Abi receives the ball to feet, everyone is aware where he is going, straight to the bar line before delivering at times amazing crosses. Even with a through ball Abi is there and if he has open field to run into i wouldn't give a defender a chance in catching him.
Would moving kids' football to a summer game help improve the development of young footballers?
Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
